TRECIG, LLC was founded in January 2018, by Roy L. Rucker Sr. Roy, a native Mississippian and retired Army Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) Signal Officer (honorably served 30 years). Roy decided to take advantage of the vast knowledge he gained in the Communications, Cyber, and IT specializations to start a company that would allow him to continue to support the greatest nation in the world, by helping to keep the men and women still serving in the military and civilians safe. We provide an array of IT/Cyber services to government and commercial clients that allow them to stay securely connected while maintaining their resolution to keep our homeland safe and secure.

ROY L. RUCKER SR.
CEO/FOUNDER OF TRECIG, LLC
Before retiring from a 30+ year career in the US Army, Roy started TRECIG, LLC as a platform to utilize his vast knowledge of IT and CYBER Security Operations.Roy is an experienced Chief Technology Officer and Senior Executive Leader/Team Builder, skilled in IT and Cyber Business Development, Mentoring, Business Process Improvement, Cross-Functional Team Development, Marketing, Strategic and Operational Planning, Facilitation and Conflict Resolution, and IT Service Management. He also has a very strong program and project management background. Roy’s 30+ years of Army service afforded him the opportunity to serve in many positions at all levels, as well as allowing him to serve in diverse locations geographically dispersed around the world. His last official Army assignment was serving as the Chief Technology Officer for a 65,000-member organization that spans the entire Pacific Region from Alaska to Australia and also as the Senior Warrant Officer Adviser to the Commanding General of the United States Army Pacific, with responsibility for 3,037 Warrant Officers in the entire Pacific Theatre of Operations. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5.
Roy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management and is currently a candidate for a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership. Roy is a certified Director of Information Management, certified ITIL Foundation and Intermediate for the Lifecycle Tract, and various other IT and Leadership qualifications/certifications.
SENIOR VP/COO OF TRECIG, LLC
Leticia is a retired U.S. Army Signal Warrant Officer 4 with 22 years of military service. Leticia has extensive expertise in local and wide area network infrastructure design and implementation, project and program management Information Technology (IT) policy development, and infrastructure security.
Leticia has served numerous years within the Intelligence Community in strategic planning roles focusing on cybersecurity, global network management, cloud computing, and customer relationship management (CRM) for organizations/ agencies including DoD (Army, Air Force, Marine Corps), DHS, DoS, INSCOM, PEO-EIS, DOT&E, 1st 10, Army Futures Command, and ARCYBER.
She has also developed and implemented identity and access management solutions in both on-prem and cloud environments, which included build-outs of DevOps environments for Application Delivery. Leticia has continuously been recognized for training and retaining highly engaging and performing teams at strategic and operational levels within both domestic and global environments with keen focus on meeting and surpassing organizational objectives.
VICE PRESIDENT OF TRECIG, LLC
Naldine is a Signal and Cyber professional with experience in planning and execution of Cyberspace Operations, Cyber Security, cyber capabilities development (JCIDS) and exercise experimentation for Cyber & Information Advantage.
Her last official Army assignment was serving as the 1st Information Operations (INSCOM) Systems Project Manager. She directed 24x7x365 critical enterprise Automated Information Systems and Computer Network Defense for application development in support of the Army Cyber Operation Integration Center and the geographically dispersed Regional Cyber Centers/Defensive Cyber Operations-Divisions. Simultaneously, Ms. McGhee performed as the Information Assurance Program Manager for 500+ Department of Defense personnel and oversight of the Risk Management Framework for Army Cyber Command.
Naldine is a retired CW4 with over 20 years of Army Service. Upon retirement, Naldine worked as a Cyber Analyst at the following locations: HQDA G-3/5/7 Cyber, TRADOC/Army Capabilities Manager Cyber and the Cyber Battle Lab (Army Futures Command).
