Dr. ROY L. RUCKER SR.
Founder | Chairman | CEO
Before retiring from a 30+ year career in the US Army, Dr. Rucker started TRECIG, LLC as a platform to utilize his vast knowledge of IT and CYBER Security Operations. He is an experienced CEO, CTO, and team builder skilled in IT and cyber business development, mentoring, business process improvement, cross functional team development, marketing, strategic operational planning, facilitation and conflict resolution, and IT service management.
Dr. Rucker’s 30+ years of Army service afforded him the opportunity to serve in many positions at all levels, as well as allowing him to serve in diverse locations geographically dispersed around the world. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management and a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership (DBA).
MARTHA KEY
PRESIDENT
Martha Key serves as President of TRECIG, LLC, providing executive leadership for the company’s strategic operations, organizational growth, and mission execution across defense, federal, and commercial markets. In this role, she is responsible for translating corporate strategy into operational excellence, strengthening enterprise performance, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that support the company’s expanding portfolio. Previously serving as TRECIG’s Chief Acquisitions and Procurement Officer, Martha earned her appointment as President through a demonstrated record of exceptional leadership, operational discipline, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the company’s long-term vision.
A retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) with more than 22 years of distinguished military service, Martha is recognized for her ability to lead complex organizations, optimize enterprise supply chains, and drive operational excellence across high-performing teams.
Martha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and she is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
