Dr. ROY L. RUCKER SR.

Before retiring from a 30+ year career in the US Army, Dr. Rucker started TRECIG, LLC as a platform to utilize his vast knowledge of IT and CYBER Security Operations. He is an experienced CEO, CTO, and team builder skilled in IT and cyber business development, mentoring, business process improvement, cross functional team development, marketing, strategic operational planning, facilitation and conflict resolution, and IT service management.
Dr. Rucker’s 30+ years of Army service afforded him the opportunity to serve in many positions at all levels, as well as allowing him to serve in diverse locations geographically dispersed around the world. He retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 5.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management, Master of Science degree in Leadership and Management and a Doctor of Business Administration in Leadership (DBA).
